Heather Bryson is a Registered Mental Health Counselor intern and Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional from Pensacola, FL. She has been working with adults for five years, using a variety of therapeutic and behavioral strategies to assist clients in improving their mental and physical health.
Heather has worked with clients experiencing addiction, depression, smoking cessation, weight management, sleep, re-entry and transition, and trauma in private practice, correctional, community mental health, and outpatient treatment center settings. Her nonjudgmental approach enables her to connect easily with clients from many backgrounds, including Veterans and incarcerated individuals.
Heather graduated from the University of West Florida with a Master of Arts in Psychology. She also has a background in music and education and infuses skills from those areas into her clinical practice. Currently, she is working towards certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma.
