
Carol Lazarus is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Qualified Supervisor, practicing in Florida. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the mental health field, as Counselor, Program Manager, Clinical Director and Director of Clinical Services, treating women and men experiencing life cycle transitions such as divorce, death, career problems, births and empty nests. She is skilled at working with individuals, couples and those in the LGBTQ+ community. Carol has worked with families involved with addiction and codependency and with people in recovery for at least 6 months. She treats people with depression and anxiety disorders, often working with a psychiatrist who may provide medication management. A graduate of Nova University and trained at the Samaritan Center, Carol has treated hundreds of people who were able to move past their challenges and create a life they love.
