In my years of experience, I’ve worked with many different populations. Specifically, I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families. I am familiar with diverse treatment settings such as residential, outpatient, and community-based treatment agencies. As a licensed therapist, I help clients work through relationship challenges, symptom management for anxiety and depression, and other challenges related to adolescents and parenting. My background is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Capella University in 2015.

Philosophy of Treatment
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I educate and empower clients to triumph over disabling emotions and negative experiences and become the primary stakeholders in their journey of change, recovery, and growth. Clients will be taught practical skills to support their healing and growth.
My work can be characterized by deep an environment of deep empathy, compassion, kindness, unconditional positive regards, acceptance to create a safe, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. With the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, principles of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and emotional freedom techniques (tapping), we can collaborate to foster post-traumatic healing, and freedom from symptoms of anxiety, depression, all forms of addictions, and other issues. Let’s work together.
