Psychotherapist
My clinical experience is comprehensive, varying both in client populations and settings. I’ve worked as a psychotherapist in all levels of care. Some of the populations I’ve worked with include those suffering from severe and persistent mental illness, addiction and substance abuse, personality disorders, mood disorders, and the expansive complications associated. Working with families has also been an integral part of my work, such as providing family and couple’s counseling as well as psychoeducation, and coaching.

Philosophy of Treatment
- Integrative Approach
My approach is eclectic, which means I use multiple models. As a professional who falls between the Millennial and GenEx age groups, I understand the struggles of being in the “sandwich generation”; living between and caring for both a younger and an older generation. I work well with those who seek personal growth, career satisfaction, break-up recovery, grief, loss, and overall stress management.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
In working with me, I will help you identify those areas in your life that are no longer working for you. Without realizing it, you might begin to have more and more negative thoughts. It can become hard to concentrate or make decisions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be really helpful when your thoughts become overwhelming. I can teach your how to understand the connection between situations, thoughts, feelings and ultimately, your behaviors. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides concrete techniques that are easy to learn and you can use them anytime.
- Systemic Model
My philosophy is that we are all part of subsystems in life that overlap and affect one another. Because we instinctively want to belong and feel accepted, when our relationships are strained, our life satisfaction declines. In my experience, communication is one of the most common areas of struggle in relationships. The sooner you address any strained relationships, the sooner you can Reclaim Your Life.
